Shipping and Returns

At this time we only ship to United States addresses. We ship all merchandise USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail. Orders under $100.00 will be charged $6.00 for shipping. Orders over $100.00 ship for FREE! 
Refund Policy
We hope that you are happy with your purchase. Should you need to return an item, please read the following:
Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Fabric must be uncut, unwashed, odor free. Yarn must be unwound, still in skein with label and unused.
We will not accept any item not in its original condition, is damaged or used in any way or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
To complete your return:
Please contact us at with your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for your return.
  • We will review your request and send you an email confirmation with directions for shipping your item back to Merlotti's Fabric & Fiber.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 of days (depending on the method of payment).
  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
